Prayer for the Repose of the Soul of
Rev. Jerome “Jerry” Kaywell
Eternal Father,
in Your providence You called Your servant,
Rev. Jerome “Jerry” Kaywell,
to share in the priesthood of Your Son.
You entrusted him with the care of souls
at Sacred Heart Catholic Parish,
and throughout the Diocese of Venice in Florida,
where he preached the Gospel, celebrated the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass,
and shepherded Your people with fidelity.
In moments of trial, grant that his perseverance
may now be crowned with peace.
In moments of joy, grant that his praise
may now be perfected in the liturgy of Heaven.
If any faults marked his earthly pilgrimage,
may Your boundless mercy cleanse them.
If any good was accomplished through his ministry,
may it redound to Your glory and endure in the lives he touched.
Receive him, O Lord, into the company of priests
who have served at Your altar
and now behold You face to face.
May Our Lady, Mother of Priests,
intercede for him.
May the angels lead him into Paradise.
May he rest in the light of Christ,
whom he proclaimed in word and sacrament.
Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord,
and let perpetual light shine upon him.

Please pray for my wife’s speedy recovery and healing from God to be delivered from cervical neck surgery in a few weeks. We have a new 1yo infant whom I will also have to help manage while my wife is on bedrest and rehab for a couple mos, which will be very difficult even as I have to work. May God be merciful and restore balance, peace, strength and better fortune to our family.

Pray for mercy for my sister, Ms. Daranee Teapthong, who is now having cancer treatment in a hospital. Her physicians informed her family that the cancer had spread from her breasts to her lungs and liver. She probably has around two months left. May God work miracles and eliminate cancer cells.Give her hope for full recovery. Amen
